Please note that MRO requires all participants to wear orange vests during our Upland Hunts. We have Vests for sale in the Pro Shop if you do not own a vest. You will need a valid Texas Hunting License with Upland Bird Stamp or Non Resident Banded Bird License when shooting pen raised birds. Dove Hunts

Moody Ranch Outfitters has several great Dove hot pots on the ranch over Goat Weed and Native Pastures. Our Dove Hunts are all day hunts. You arrive at the Lodge Complex the morning of your hunt and we will take your group out to the field. You will then have the opportunity to come back to the lodge for Lunch in the hot part of the day or hang out and then return for an afternoon hunt as well. TPWD has released our hunt dates for Dove. This year first season is September 1 - October 23, 2011. Please note the rate is for all day even if you only want to hunt the morning or the evening.

Dove Hunts
Regularly $74.00 per hunter
Internet Fall Special: $58.00** per hunter. ($55.00 cash discount price)

Includes whole day of dove hunting. You can also purchase lunch at the time of booking. This season's special is a 1/2 Cheesburger Lunch for $8.50

If you want some extra shooting time you can also add Sporting Clays for just $40 per gun plus tax.

Please review and understand before making a reservation. All reservations will have a credit card on file with us in case you do not show on the day of your hunt. (If paying cash we will not charge your card but we will require a credit card on your invoice when making your deposit.)

A 50% Deposit is required for all reservations.
You may change this reservation anytime up to seven days before your hunt or excursion date without penalty. If you cancel your trip less than seven* days out you will lose your deposit forever. If you do not show up on day of hunt you will be charged FULL AMOUNT of your hunt. If you change your reservation less than seven* days out you will have a $100 change fee ($50 change fee for credit members) per person applied to your invoice. NO EXCEPTIONS! Deposits that you loose because of no show or canceling less than seven* days out are not refundable or transferable!
