Spring Corporate Retreats, Business and Sales Meetings, Family Events, Wedding Receptions, Birthday Dances, or your next Special Event can be held here at our Retreat Center and Lodge. We have two meeting rooms available. Seating in each room is 20. Lodging accomodations are available for up to 21 guests.Wi-Fiand projection screen are available upon request.

A campfire awaits you next to the large screened porch where many of our clients have spent their evenings talking about past hunts and what tomorrow's hunt might bring while watching two to ten deer grazing on the ten acre feed plot surrounding the lodge. 

A full covered walkway connects the Lodge and Mess Hall where you will find a relaxing atmosphere and the aroma of good southern cooking filling the air.  Adjacent to our Mess Hall you will find our large 60 X 42 pavilion.  Even if it’s raining your will not get wet and you can stay outside to watch the great outdoors. 

Next to the Pavilion you will find the Main Hall which is the Old Community School House that has been restored and made into additional lodging and a game room complete with pool table and two poker tables or convertible  pocket pool tables.  We have a large sectional and an additional sofa with recliners built in along with a standalone recliner to relax and watch the game or latest hunting show as well.  A large wraparound porch can be found around the Main Hall complete with benches and rocking chairs where you have panoramic views of Gibbons Creek Bottom.  Directly connected with the Main Hall are our offices and Pro-Shop. 

Moody Ranch Outfitters offers a wireless internet connection in the Main Hall as well as a computer for your use in the main hall at the customer center desk if you do not have your own laptop. 

Our Lodging is in the form of “Bunkhouse” accommodation with bunk beds.  All lodging includes a evening meal and morning breakfast along with sheets, pillows, towel, and washcloths for your bath.  The lodge capacity is currently at 21 guests at this time.   Come on home to the Lodge at Moody Ranch where you are treated like family.
